IT Career Unit: Support for Professional Development

The CIML IT Career Unit is a dedicated support body for the laboratory's engineers, technicians, and administrative staff in their professional development. This unit brings together experienced representatives from all employer bodies—CNRS, Inserm, and AMU—guaranteeing comprehensive expertise on the statutory requirements and career opportunities specific to each organization.

With this multi-institutional representation, the unit offers personalized advice tailored to the various career paths available within the laboratory. It constitutes a privileged point of reference for staff wishing to advance their careers, drawing on in-depth knowledge of the systems of each supervisory authority.

This collaborative approach reflects the CIML's commitment to supporting and promoting its technical and administrative staff, essential pillars of the laboratory's operation and scientific excellence.
