Project : Leucémies T-ALL

T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is an aggressive blood cancer,
representing 25% of ALL. Infiltration of organs by T-ALL cells is a cause
major relapse that leads to a poor prognosis. Targeting their infiltration in the
organs constitutes a clinical challenge to prevent the progression of the disease. However,
mechanisms of dissemination of T-ALL cells to target organs
remain poorly characterized.

This project aims to understand the mechanisms of T-ALL dissemination in order to develop targeted therapeutic approaches to prevent the spread of leukemic cells and improve patient care.
