Project: AITLas-Impact: Deciphering the heterogeneity of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphomas
About
The AITLas-Impact project, coordinated by Pierre Milpied (CIML) in collaboration with Prof. François Lemonnier (Mondor Institute for Biomedical Research, Créteil), aims to characterize the genetic and functional determinants of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) heterogeneity. Drawing on the team's expertise in single-cell genomics and technologies developed at CIML (FB5P-seq for integrative transcriptome and T-cell receptor repertoire analysis), this project analyzes malignant cells and the tumor microenvironment of AITL at single-cell resolution. The objective is to identify prognostic biomarkers and new therapeutic targets to improve the management of these aggressive T-cell lymphomas.
