About
CNRS Study Engineer specializing in microscopy, I have been working on the ImagImm platform since January 2024. My training at the interface between biology and physics has led me to hold various positions in research institutes (CIML, IPBS, INRS Canada). In 2014, I joined the Cell Imaging Platform of INRAE Val de Loire, an experience that allowed me to develop the skills necessary for my current job.
My expertise is based on mastery of photon microscopy techniques (fluorescence, confocal, spectral, FCS, FRAP), image processing and analysis (ImageJ, QuPath, Imaris), as well as their automation via classic tools and artificial intelligence (Machine Learning and Deep Learning). I also provide user training in the use of the platform's equipment and image processing solutions.
I am an active member of the GT MAIIA (Working Group "Methods of Image Analysis by Artificial Intelligence") attached to the CNRS Multidimensional Fluorescence Microscopy Technology Network. This group aims to support platform staff in the use of Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) tools for image processing and analysis.
