I am a scientist specializing in immunology, with an MSc in biochemistry and a PhD in biomedical sciences. My scientific career has focused on understanding the mechanisms that regulate the immune response in various pathological contexts, ranging from autoimmunity to cancer.

Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at CIML, where I explore the interactions between metabolism, epigenetics and immunity in glioblastoma and acute myeloid leukemia. My projects mainly aim to study how the crosstalk between the tumor microenvironment and immune cells shapes the antitumor response, from cell differentiation to function, with the aim of identifying metabolic targets that could help predict response to therapies and disease progression.
