À propos

I am a Biochemist from the National University of La Plata (UNLP), with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Virology from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. My Ph.D. focused on the role of the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) as a potential therapeutic target against flavivirus infections, particularly dengue virus (DENV) and Zika virus (ZIKV). During my Ph.D. I performed research internships at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, and at the Fritz-Lipmann Institute, Jena, Germany.

In 2023, I carried out my first postdoctoral stage at the National Institute of Molecular Genetics (INGM), Milan, Italy, where I studied the location and potential cellular interactions of non-conventional regulatory T cells in the context of cancer. In 2025, I joined the Biology of Dendritic Cells Laboratory at Ciml as a postdoctoral researcher under the supervision of Dr. Prof. Béatrice NAL-ROGIER. My work is framed within the AIR-MT project, which is committed to developing enzymes to specifically modify and improve vaccinal mRNA and contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies against human viral diseases.
