Context
Join the Metabolic Regulation of Immunity team at the Dendritic cell Biology lab (CIML) to drive high-content spectral flow and patient-sample workflows across multi-partner programs and study patient samples:
Responsibilities
- Run ≥30-color spectral flow panels; coordinate staining, acquisition, and quality control for patient samples (whole blood, marrow, tumoroids).
- Implement and maintain SOP-based chains from reception to data hand-off; contribute to ring trials and cross-site harmonization.
- Collaborate with clinicians and project partners; track milestones and contribute to project reports across consortia.
Must-have
- Strong proficiency in spectral flow cytometry (panel design, compensation, spectral unmixing) and high-content flow.
- Hands-on experience with patient sample processing and complex stainings; rigor and documentation culture.
- Team spirit, reliability, and comfort in dynamic, multi-partner settings.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with screenings, imaging cytometry.
- Basic R or Python for analysis.
