Context

Join a multidisciplinary team investigating the role of traffic modulatores in innate immunity and neurodegeneration, focusing on vesicle trafficking, nucleic acid sensing, and type-I interferon signaling in human cells and mouse models.

Responsibilities

  • model : human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), mutant or not where to study relevant modulators of intracellular trafficking, via advanced imaging, live-cell microscopy, and immunological assays.
  • Implement high-resolution monitoring of endosome/autophagosome dynamics.

Profile

  • MSc or equivalent in cell/molecular biology or immunology.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, CRISPR, flow cytometry, cytokine assays.
  • Knowledge of innate immune pathways and vesicle trafficking/autophagy.
  • Advanced microscopy skills are a plus.
  • Experience in BSL-2 (A2/L2) labs is highly valued.
  • Collaborative, organized, and biosafety-conscious.

  • Location: CIML, Marseille, France
  • Contract: 3-year full-time
  • Start: Decembre 2025 (flexible)
